1. MEMBERSHIP

1.1 Eligibility

• Must be a citizen of Pakistan between eighteen (18) and sixty (60) years.
• Must possess a valid CNIC or legally recognized identity document.
• Must hold a valid motorcycle driving license.
• Must own or lawfully possess a motorcycle of 70cc or above.
• Must agree to comply with Club Constitution, rules, SOPs and policies.

1.2 Membership Admission Procedure

• Submission of completed application form with required documents.
• Verification by Club administration or authorized committee.
• Approval by Governing Body (decision final).
• Payment of applicable membership fees.

1.3 Membership Fees

• Admission Fee: PKR 1,000
• Ride Fee: PKR 300 (Regular), PKR 500 (Special/Long Tours)
• Premium Membership: PKR 2,000 per year (Ride fee exempt for 1 year)
• Premium does not cover special event expenses (food, hotels, permits etc.)

1.4 Rights of Members

• Participation in rides and activities.
• Voting rights after 2 years of Active Membership.
• Eligibility for committees and office positions subject to approval.

1.5 Duties & Obligations

• Follow traffic laws and Club SOPs.
• Maintain safety and discipline.
• Protect Club reputation.
• Pay dues on time.

1.6 Discipline & Termination

• Unsafe or reckless riding.
• Misconduct or harassment.
• Violation of laws or Club rules.
• Actions damaging Club reputation.

1.7 Disciplinary Procedure

• Written notice of allegations.
• Opportunity to present defense.
• Decision by Governing Body (final).

2. Rider Conduct, Ride Safety SOPs & Risk Disclaimer

• Strict compliance with traffic laws.
• Helmet and protective gear mandatory.
• No racing, stunts, reckless riding.
• Ride Captain & Marshals instructions are binding.
• No alcohol, drugs, weapons during rides.
• No harassment or abusive behavior.
• Respect Club & public property.

Risk & Liability Clause

• Participation is voluntary and at own risk.
• Motorcycling involves inherent risks.
• Club and its representatives are not liable for injury, loss or damage.
• Members are responsible for safety, vehicle and legal compliance.
• Members waive legal claims against the Club to extent permitted by law.
